Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects from conception to completion. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards of our clients. Your leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to identify and mitigate risks will be instrumental in achieving success.

What We’re Looking For

Hands on Experience:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in software delivery or implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage ‘never the same’ multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record of delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management:

• Strong skills in engaging stakeholders across all levels, keeping them informed of progress, risks, and issues.
• Ability to manage expectations and align diverse priorities to achieve project goals.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Expertise in identifying risks, and proactively resolving issues.
• Conducting post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

• Define project goals, scope, and timelines, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.
• Manage budgets, track project progress, and report regularly to stakeholders.
• Balance competing stakeholder needs while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote a positive, results-oriented work environment.
• Coach and support team members to deliver outstanding results.

What You Bring to the Table

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in additional languages like Dutch, Portuguese, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Kantata or Jira.
• A solid grasp of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Self-starter attitude with excellent networking and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or MBA is a bonus.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
