Role Overview:

They are looking for a Lead Full-stack React/TypeScript Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of their core systems. This role demands high technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable and robust systems leveraging React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring systems are efficient and reliable.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering.
• Expertise in React.js and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
• Strong experience with GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ECS).
• Solid understanding of modern development workflows and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Leadership experience or a proven ability to guide and mentor teams.
