About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer with a passion for creating high-converting homepages and landing pages. This role is perfect for someone who combines creative flair with commercial acumen. You will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our brands, ensuring designs are not only visually stunning but also optimized to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compelling web pages, including homepages, landing pages, as well as onboarding and educational pages, with a focus on user engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to align designs with brand identity and strategic goals.
• Utilize data and user behavior insights to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with web design trends and best practices to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
  
  

About You

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web designs that drive user engagement and conversions.
• Commercial Awareness: An understanding of how to design pages that achieve specific business goals, such as increasing sign-ups, sales, or user retention.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Crypto Experience (Optional): Familiarity with the crypto or iGaming industry is a plus, but not required.
