Design Team Lead

Lead a talented team & make an impact!

As a Lead Designer within our growing team in Slovenia, you'll guide the creation of user-centered designs for tech innovators and entertainment leaders. Collaborate with talented individuals and make your mark.

Your Daily Tasks:

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Provide guidance, feedback, and cultivate a collaborative environment
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development discussions
Screen and onboard new team members

Design & Delivery

Design user-centered and visually engaging interfaces for websites, dashboards, web and mobile applications, from concept to handoff
Translate client vision into intuitive and user-friendly designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver creative solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Innovation & Efficiency

Utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency and quality
Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems

Communication & Presentation

Present design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Conduct UX/UI audits and provide actionable recommendations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Continuously learn, innovate, share knowledge and mentor other team members

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Experience leading and mentoring design teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and showcasing work across multiple design disciplines
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience in building and maintaining design systems
Ability to design product experiences across dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients
Experience conducting UX/UI audits, focusing on accessibility and user journeys
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins) for enhanced design workflows
