Our client is offering an exciting challenge for an HR generalist officer to join their team. This is a very fast pace environment. Managing many aspects of HR for a leading Global company, that employs over 11,000 employees, in more that 32 countries, including the UK. You will be required to travel sometimes nationally, this is a hybrid role.

  • Coordinating job postings.
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Liaising with agencies and hiring managers.
  • Managing Interview process from start to finish.
  • Vetting process.
  • Liaising with new starters, regarding vetting process.
  • Offer letter, contracts.
  • Salary negotiation.
  • Conducting teams and face to face interviews and meetings.
  • Extensive reference checks for vetting process.
  • Managing onboarding process.
  • Managing staff issues.
  • Managing staff data and adhering to GDPR.
  • Other duties.
  • Travel to various sites.
