We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI / ML Engineer to join our company!
About Us:
Quod Financial is a leading trading software provider for capital markets. Our products focus on execution and liquidity research for stock exchanges, banks, and brokers, covering Equities, Derivatives, and Currencies. We operate in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
📍 Work Location: Gdańsk (office) or remote
Our Data Science team has successfully implemented multiple Generative AI and Machine Learning projects, both for internal use (e.g., chatbots, coding assistants) and for enhancing Quod Financial’s products (e.g., time series and curve prediction). You would be joining us at an exciting time as we drive AI/ML transformation across the company.
🔹 Upgrade & Maintain AI/ML Models & Applications
- Optimize models as needed
- Reduce computing resource usage
- Develop metrics to monitor AI/ML performance
🔹 Contribute to New AI/ML Initiatives
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and help define use cases
- Develop and validate proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions
✔ Strong knowledge of machine learning modeling
✔ Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs (experience with open-source LLMs, Ollama, LangChain, etc.)
✔ Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn)
✔ Solid experience in data manipulation (SQL, Pandas)
✔ Familiarity with AI deployment tools (Docker, Streamlit, etc.)
✔ Experience with Git and collaborative development
✔ Knowledge of C++ is a plus
✔ Comfortable with Shell scripting
✔ Strong presentation skills
✔ Fluent English
✔ Ability to work independently
