Today we have an exciting job opportunity for the position of:
HR Administration, Benefits & Compensation Coordinator
(located in Warsaw, Poland)
YOUR IMPACT
- Oversee payroll processes in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) in cooperation with local third party payroll providers
- Manage Individual Compensation Review Process on annual basis
- Prepare employment contracts, civil contracts, annexes, certificates of employment, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, GDPR agreements, package for newcomers and other HR related documentation
- Ensure compliance and Keep internal HR Policies up to date (Internal work regulations, Remuneration regulations, Bonus policies, Uniform policy, Glass refund policy, Job risk assessments, Home Office)
- Manage (hard-copy) employee files and documentation
- Keep HR related data systems up-to-date: Enova, HrNest, Carrotspot, Edenred, FundEmployer, Multisport, Generali, Compensa, PZU-eRU
- Oversee timely performance of obligatory occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings in cooperation with external OHS expert
- Manage Social Fund in Poland, Pension Plan PPE & PPK
- Daily benefits management (Life insurance, medical insurance, sport cards, etc.)
- Provide internal HR reporting on monthly, semestral and yearly basis for the LVMH Group (for all brands, all EE countries)
- Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits
- Gather information for vendor creation, update internal reconciliation system
- Be the first point of contact for HR amin & payroll related employee queries and a trusted partner for the management team in the area of compensation and benefits
- Support the onboarding process for new-comers
YOUR MISSION
Deliver HR services to LVMH Beauty employees with the highest standards and passion for perfection, in line with local labor law requirements and company standards for overall business continuity and employee’s satisfaction.
WHO YOU ARE
Key competencies:
· At least 5 years of experience in HR services & Payroll, preferably gained in a fast paced environment and multinational company
· Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code
· Digital savvy, very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
· Knowledge of Enova365 software
· Business English language is required in daily use
Profile:
· At ease with building relationships and interacting with people on all hierarchical levels
· Able to priorities and comfortable with balancing different interests and stakeholders
· Good understanding of the (luxury) consumer goods environment would be an advantage
