About The Role

We are seeking an all-star Program Manager to drive the successful execution of strategic organizational objectives. In this role, you will coordinate activities between multiple interrelated projects ensuring alignment with program strategy, effective project delegation, and seamless implementation. The Program Manager will play a critical role in fostering collaboration among teams, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned towards achieving the key business goals.

Day To Day

• Plan, Coordinate and monitor cross functional program execution
• Manage dependencies across development teams as well as product, marketing, customer success, finance and legal
• Manage Stakeholder communication
• Identify and address risks and blockers
• Align deliverables with program outcomes
• Keep team(s) in sync with product requirements
• Provide regular updates on status to larger PMO team for business distribution
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• 3+ years of demonstrated success as a Program/Project Manager managing cross-functional projects
• Outstanding planning, and stakeholder communication skills
• Excellent teambuilder willing to help others
• Proven Leadership through influence and collaboration
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand change and manage the team needs during the transitions
• Highly analytical and organized
• Creative problem solver
• Experience working in multiple Agile environments
