We're looking for a Project Coordinator for our client in İzmir.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience as a construction site manager in large-scale residential projects.
• Preferably, experience in Solar Power Plant (SPP) projects
• Knowledgeable about occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and experience in field applications.
• Strong communication skills, experience in team management, and possesses leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and supervising the construction site processes of construction projects.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the design and planning of Solar Power Plant (SPP) projects."
• Coordinating the work team and monitoring their performance.
• Ensuring and supervising a working environment that complies with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Following up on material and equipment procurement processes and managing logistics.
• Checking the site suitability of projects and providing support to the field team.
• Ensuring coordination with subcontractor companies and tracking work progress.
