Product Executive/Coordinator for Africa Region

Job brief

We are seeking a passionate and execution-oriented Product Executive/Coordinator who will be based in Dubai and assist Product Manager in product planning and execution for Africa region market. This role requires a basic understanding of home appliances, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in collecting user demands, competitor information and industry trends in the African market, conduct preliminary analysis, and provide data support for product decision - making.
2. Cooperate with the product manager to formulate short - term and long - term product plans in the African market, including product line expansion, product update and iteration.
3. Participate in market research work, such as assisting in designing research questionnaires, sorting out research data, analyzing market trends and consumer preferences, and outputting research reports.
4. Assist the product manager in the planning of new products, for example, participate in exploring product selling points, and conduct preliminary evaluation of product feasibility, price and cost.
5. Follow up the product development progress, communicate and coordinate with R&D, design, production and other departments, feedback problems in time and promote their solutions to ensure the product is launched on time.
6. Record and analyze the sales data of products in the African market, assist in formulating sales strategies to increase product sales and market share.
7. Assist in handling communication with African customers, collect customer feedback, and provide suggestions for product optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years related working experience in sales/marketing/product, those with experience in home appliances industry are preferred.
• Have good communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to cooperate across departments to solve problems.
• Be familiar with market research methods, have good data analysis skills, and be able to extract valuable information from data.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficient in related software’s especially Excel and PPT.
• Efficiency in English
