Position Purpose

• To optimize existing systems to meet business needs while analyzing new system requirements, technologies, and integrations.
• The role ensures continuous improvement, process optimization, and effective system alignment with business goals.

Key Accountabilities

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze and assess current IT systems and business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose enhancements that increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

Business, Technology, and Data Analysis

• Collaborate with operations and other teams to understand business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions, documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Suggest systems, technologies, and processes to meet business objectives.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.

System Integration

• Assist in integrating new modules or systems into the existing infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure smooth data exchange and system interoperability.

Process Optimization

• Design and optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Implement workflow automation and ensure system alignment with business objectives.

Support and Maintenance

• Monitor systems post-implementation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Support, Training, and Documentation

• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation for systems and workflows.
• Train end-users on system usage and best practices.
• Provide technical support for system-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Experience, Skills, and Behaviours

• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT / Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
• UAE Driver's License
• Passionate about systems and technology.
• Excited to take on a new challenge and play a key role in driving innovation at BOUNCE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to leverage technology and processes to solve business problems.
• Proactive, self-starter with decision-making capabilities.
• Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating IT projects.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between business and technical teams.
