About The Role

Our Project Department is experiencing growth, and we are looking for a motivated and structured Project Manager who wants to join our fantastic team and take part in our exciting growth journey.
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will:
- Lead delivery projects of fire and gas alarm systems in accordance with the customer's specification, concluded contract and applicable regulations.
- Implement and achieve the company's budgeted financial result for the projects under one's responsibility.
- Be Focal Point of Contact towards the customer organization. Communicate with the customer's representative via emails and meetings.
- Ensure optimal information flow within the projects by distributing tasks between team members and guide them to efficient implementation of projects.
- Be responsible for preparing production documents on time as well as documentation according to what has been sold.
- Ensure that the project work is carried out with good HSE and quality according to the company's current processes and procedures.
- Participate in contract negotiations where extensive project work has been discontinued, and/or where additional scope is requested (variation order).
- Be responsible for the active management of own team via follow-up with the team in weekly meetings where the project manager is also meeting leader.
- Be responsible for active risk and change management of own project portfolio.

- It is desirable to have competence in engineering and/or relevant practice which is necessary for effective follow-up of fire and gas alarm systems within the oil and gas / energy industry. Other relevant candidates without an engineering degree will also be considered based on their profile.
- The position does not involve direct line management of employees but emphasizes the ability to achieve results through others and strong communication skills.
- Have knowledge of the regulations that apply to delivery projects of fire and gas alarm systems.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Project Planning Software, etc.)
- Pay close attention to contract conditions, cost baseline, plan, important milestones, liquidated damage and similar.
