Our client is one of the world’s most recognisable telecoms and media companies - A leader in on-demand streaming, real-time technology and broadcasting.

In their London office, with great hybrid working flexibility, they’re hiring a Network Engineer.

Working in their central Infrastructure team, you’ll be focussed on (greenfield) project delivery of new network refresh projects to optimise performance and reliability of the infrastructure.

You’ll work in an agile, dynamic team supporting and enhancing a global (Cisco) network infrastructure across BGP, Palo Alto firewalls, Nexus routing and switching and Cloud - A varied role!

You’ll also be key in project work, driving forwards automation (using Ansible, Python etc), Cloud with AWS and a DevOps mentality.

Requirements

• Proven experience of network engineering and support
• Great networking experience Cisco (CCNP level and above)
• Good knowledge of BGP (internal and external), routing and switching
• Firewalls (PA etc) and Security experience
• Knowledge of best practice network management practices and procedures
• Cloud experience
• Any experience of automation and tools such as Ansible, Terraform and Python is highly advantageous
