We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experience Senior Analytics Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics and quality control, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement statistical models to support business objectives.
• Conduct quality control assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on statistics and quality control.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
