• Inspire and lead a dynamic team of frontend, backend, and QA engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Partner closely with the product owner, shaping product enhancements and refining user experiences.
• Craft and design technical solutions that prioritize sustainability, quality, and future-proofing.
• Stay hands-on with product architecture, providing both strategic direction and technical expertise.
• Champion team growth, driving career development and expanding skill sets for each team member.
• Steer the team towards building scalable, maintainable technical solutions that stand the test of time.
• Ensure the delivery of top-tier product features while boosting overall team efficiency and impact.
  
  

Deine Skills

• Minimum two years of experience leading teams in an agile software environment, with a proven track record in people management.
• Strong software engineering and project management background, with a deep understanding of day-to-day technical challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing a positive and productive team culture.
• Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks, including PHP, Laravel, and Vue.
• Open-minded, optimistic, and pragmatic, with a solution-oriented mindset focused on achieving goals and outcomes.
• Willingness to go above and beyond, thinking creatively to deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
