We're seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Zurich. As a key member of our Publication Data Platform (PDP) team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-based services that power our data processing infrastructure.

Your Role:

• Design, develop, and operate cloud-based services for data processing.
• Focus on metadata related to journalistic content (audios, videos, and texts).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using agile methodologies.
• Leverage a modern tech stack in the cloud.

Required Skills:

• Programming Expertise: Proven experience with object-oriented programming languages, especially Kotlin and TypeScript.
• Cloud Development: Deep understanding of cloud-based service development and operation (Site Reliability Engineering).
• Full Stack Proficiency: Strong backend skills with frontend experience and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with French and/or Italian being a plus.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work effectively in a team.
