Anti-Automation Solutions (AA) is part of Business Integrated Risk Control(BRIC) team. Automated fraud refers to technical methods used by hackers to perform API abuse at scale using scripts and tools. Our vision is to establish an industry-leading team with a focus on end-to-end defense-in-depth systems with privacy and business needs in mind. We are responsible for continuously iterating over identifying and combating automated fraud through client environment inspection, risky signals collection, trusted computing, traffic validation, data mining and producing a wide variety of tools and subject matter services for business lines.

Description

• Build rules, model and machine learning solutions to proactively detect and mitigate automated abuse against Tiktok products/platform.
• Improve modeling infrastructures, labels, features and algorithms, partner with Product, Client, Backend and Operations to build a robust, automated and general bot defense system.
• Analyze business and security data, uncover evolving attack motion, identify weaknesses and opportunities in risk defense solutions, explore new space from the discoveries.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or more) in computer science or a related technical discipline
• Solid experience with data structures or algorithms
• Software development experience through hands on coding in a general purpose programming language
• Familiarity with data mining, data science or machine learning. Bonus given to proficiency in modern machine learning theories and applications such as deep neural nets, transfer/multi-task learning, reinforcement learning, time series or graph unsupervised learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion about technologies and solving challenging problems
