Product Designer

We are seeking a founding Product Designer to join the Arc team. Very open on leveling, from early career - senior. You will work directly alongside the founding team to help Arc reinvent startup financing through tech.

✅ What You Bring

• Experience in multiple design disciplines, including user experience, visual design, and interaction design.
• Ability to make informed design decisions and articulate them simply.
• Have experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms.
• 2+ years designing and shipping software.
• Understand when less design is the better design.
• Have a strong design aesthetic.
• Understand the trade-offs between speed and quality as it applies to your designs.

⚡️ What You’ll Do

• Help define product requirements and design features in accordance with our roadmap.
• Craft high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications for your final design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews to share your work regularly with the design and company leadership.
• Work with Engineering to ensure quality implementation and user experience.
• The ability to define and deliver design solutions that are both simple and powerful.
