Location : DOHA QATAR ( Onsite )

Job Description:


Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for online service initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, customer experience, and external vendors.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular project updates.
  • Digital Service Delivery:
  • Oversee the development and launch of digital solutions such as self-service portals, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital services with existing systems and platforms.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain momentum.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track project progress using KPIs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive innovation in digital service delivery by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of delivering online and digital channel projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, APIs, and customer experience platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).

Preferred:

  • Experience with telco-specific systems like CRM, OSS/BSS, or billing platforms.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe.
