Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for online service initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, customer experience, and external vendors.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular project updates.
- Digital Service Delivery:
- Oversee the development and launch of digital solutions such as self-service portals, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital services with existing systems and platforms.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain momentum.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track project progress using KPIs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation in digital service delivery by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications.
- Proven track record of delivering online and digital channel projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, APIs, and customer experience platforms.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Preferred:
- Experience with telco-specific systems like CRM, OSS/BSS, or billing platforms.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe.
