Requirements

• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of web development;
• 2+ years of experience in software project management;
• Strong analytical skills for measuring and evaluating project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and experience with budgeting.;
• Experience integrating Agile principles into software development;
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Jira;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Comfortable working in an environment with high levels of uncertainty;
• English level: B2+.

As a Project Manager, You Will

• Work closely with project stakeholders to manage clients’ expectations, engagement, and satisfaction;
• Act as the primary point of communication between the business and development team;
• Gather project requirements and effectively communicate them to the team;
• Manage project resources and oversee team workloads;
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
  
  

Would Be a Plus

• Experience in client communication and negotiation will be a plus.
• PM/Agile certifications;
• QA/BA experience.
