Design Team Coordinator (Contract, Remote)

We are looking for a remote Design Team Coordinator to join our team!

INFUSE is a truly global organization, with team members currently located in eight time zones (and quickly expanding).

We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Design Team Coordinator looking to jumpstart his/her career!

Role & Responsibilities:

Evenly distributing tasks among designers based on their skills and experience
Monitoring deadlines and team productivity
Adjusting deadlines in case of overloading or lack of materials for the work
Distributing edits requested by clients among available designers
Verifying edits to ensure compliance with client requirements
Clarifying company or task requirements when information is insufficient to complete the task.

Key Qualifications:

Knowledge of English, written and verbal (Upper Intermediate level or higher).
Confident PC user with strong Excel skills; experience with Google Drive/Sheets is desirable. Proficient in Adobe and Office software
Multitasking and deadline management.
