Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Associate to join our team and contribute to the development of our EOR platform. This role is crucial in defining key workflows and enhancing our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a keen understanding of user experience in SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development

• Define and optimize key workflows within our EOR platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
• Assist in creating product roadmaps and feature specifications

User Experience

• Work closely with UX designers to ensure intuitive and efficient user interfaces
• Contribute to the improvement of overall user experience across our platform
• Analyze user behavior and suggest data-driven improvements

Business Analysis

• Apply entrepreneurial business sense to product development decisions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EOR space
• Assist in developing business cases for new features or product enhancements

Collaboration

• Liaise with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment on product goals
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Present product ideas and progress updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in front-end engineering or UX design at a SaaS product firm
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Understanding of the EOR industry and global employment trends
