Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resource Analyst to join our HR team. This role will focus on HR data analytics, dashboard creation, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, SQL, and HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring trends, and employee engagement.
• Utilize SQL to extract, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Automate HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Support HR projects related to workforce planning, talent analytics, and business strategy alignment.
• Assist in predictive analytics for talent retention and performance forecasting.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for HR and leadership teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced HR analytics (optional).
• Experience working in a fast-paced fintech or tech-driven environment.
