We're looking for both a Tech Lead and Senior .NET React Developer.

Perm | Hybrid (3 Days Office)

They’re after strong full-stack engineers who know their way around .NET and React, write clean, maintainable code, and thrive in a collaborative team.

• Lead or Build – If you’re ready to step up as a Tech Lead, you’ll be shaping architecture and mentoring the team. If you’re a Senior Dev, you’ll own projects end to end, delivering clean, scalable solutions.
• True Full Stack – This isn’t a backend-heavy role or a frontend-only gig—it’s proper full stack. .NET and React in equal measure.
• Hybrid Setup – 3 days in the Sydney CBD office, 2 from wherever works best.
• High-Performing Team – Work alongside solid engineers who care about quality, best practices, and building things properly.

Tech You’ll Be Working With:

• Backend: .NET Core, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Web API
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Best Practices: SOLID Principles, TDD, Unit Testing
• Data: SQL Server, NoSQL
