Background

In the Real Estate & Expansion area, we are seeking a skilled backend engineer to join our team working on the Expansion Tracker Project. The consultant will be involved in building a Common Database for Real Estate & Expansion, catering to various business users in Real Estate and Expansion. This database will serve purposes such as providing a single source of real estate assets, facilitating facility management, and analyzing investment requests for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance the Expansion Tracker Project
• Contribute to the construction of a Common Database for Real Estate & Expansion
• Support business users in Real Estate and Expansion with software solutions for property management and investment analysis
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java (different versions), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Docker
• Familiarity with agile/scrum environments
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in real estate property management software
