About You

You are an experienced Network Engineer with a passion for optimizing global network infrastructures. You thrive in dynamic, complex environments and enjoy leveraging cutting-edge network technologies to support business success

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years experience with Cisco (IOS, NXOS) and best practices in network design
• Hands-on expertise with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto Networks), remote access, and VPN configurations
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, IPSec VPN) and Layer2/3 switching
• Familiarity with authentication services (Radius, TACACS/TACACS+, 802.1x) and network monitoring tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in global settings
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise-level network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
• Analyze network capacity and health while recommending design improvements
• Administer corporate firewall infrastructures and implement networking best practices
• Develop and maintain network documentation (including Visio diagrams)
• Manage support tickets and escalate critical issues as needed
• Oversee asset and vendor management for network devices
• Coordinate technical implementations with business partners and provide on-call support when required

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global enterprise networks across multi-site environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network tools (e.g., Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, Infoblox)
• Availability to work on an on-call model.
