Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Labor Employment Associate at Sorainen. The role is located in Tallinn, with some flexibility for remote work. The Labor Employment Associate will be responsible for tasks related to labor law, traditional labor law, research, and employment litigation.

Qualifications

• Law and Labor Employment Law skills
• Knowledge of Traditional Labor Law
• Experience in legal research and employment litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in labor and employment law is a plus
• Law degree from a reputable institution
