Job Description

We are looking for a Test Engineer, Integration to join our L1 Integration team in Oulu, Finland. As part of the team you will be working in E2E Automation scrum.

MN L1 Integration is responsible for L1 SW integration and regression testing for relevant SoC, BB & RF HW platforms/products. L1 Integration is a global unit ensuring integration testing capabilities according to our agreed Test Strategy. You will get to work in an enthusiastically driven scrum team in Oulu, and additionally take part in multi-site virtual teams. In these teams, we aim at having transparent communication to let our open and cooperative spirit thrive. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will:

  • Develop E2E test automation for our Continuous Integration test lines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop our test automation framework and tools.
  • Contribute to our Continuous Integration and Daily Releasing related activities and troubleshooting.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or an equivalent education
  • Competence and experience in using scripting or programming languages, especially Python
  • Competences in test automation and experience using related tools such assuch as Jenkins, GIT & Gerrit
  • Windows, Linux and Unix OS experience
  • Good co-operation, teamwork and communication skills both in Finnish & English

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of RF or BB products, and understanding of MN product portfolio
  • Knowledge of User Equipments like mobile phones, modems
  • Experience of Jira tool and Agile methods
  • Curious mindset & enthusiasm to learn new continuously
