Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within data center construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, power distribution, and cooling solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Professional level fluency in French and English languages.
