Payroll & HR Coordinator- Luxury Fine Jewellery Brand - Northern Europe
Mode Search is exclusively partnered with a luxury fine jewellery brand steeped in heritage, world-renowned for being a market leader in their product category. This brand is Globally known for its unique designs, brand aesthetic, and VIP ambassadors.
Our client is currently seeking a HR Payroll and Administrative representative for Northern Europe (Germany, Austria, Czech & Switzerland). You will currently be working as Payroll & HR Coordinator across retail or hospitality.
This is a permanent full-time position sitting within the HR team, offering excellent prospects for progression as the brand expands and reporting to the International HR team, the successful candidate will based in their head office in Munich, Germany.
The Role:
- Ownership of the complete payroll cycle for Germany, Austria and Czech and connected to payroll representative in Paris who’s looking after Switzerland
- Ensure full and accurate payroll data is collected from all business sectors, head office, warehouse, and stores
- Acting as the main point of contact for all staff payroll queries providing an exceptional service to our employees.
- Ensures integrity of the payroll system, data, and functionality - ensuring system updates are made when required and meet our needs. Identify methods of improving payroll administration and reporting.
- Work with Finance on payroll liabilities, reconciliations and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Manages auto enrollment process ensuring it meets the legal requirements
- Main point of contact for all benefits queries and advisory.
- Provide real-time visual insights on overall health of the business with up to the minute workforce insights.
- Annual Salary Benchmarking and Gender Pay reporting.
- Monthly Headcount reporting in line with Group guidelines.
Requirements:
- Rights to works in EU/German passport
- Native German and Business English. Any other language preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Administration preferred
- Excellent knowledge of labor, compensation, tax legislation
- 2-3 years’ experience in DACH, preferred also Czech in retail, service, or hospitality industry
- Experience using Oracle or similar HRIS is advantageous
