Role Description

Hello there, we are seeking a highly autonomous designer (or based in Stockholm) to build the AI-powered future of tax work.

You'll be an early employee (founding designer) in a high-impact role where you'll own the design of core features.

Responsibilities

- 💅 Craft intuitive systems that allow CPAs to leverage AI in their tax filing work.

- 🔭 Design features and owning the development of projects.

- 🤝 Contribute to the creation of the team culture, as well as internal tooling and processes.

Hard skills

- You have previously designed AI-powered products.

- 3+ years experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally as a part of a small team or early-stage startup.

- Design decisions grounded in first principles reasoning, user research, metrics, and business goals.

- Embrace and navigate ambiguity—a lot of Numiro is designed from scratch, with a first-principles mindset and a question of “what if?”

- Question norms and industry constraints

🦄 Atul R is our powerhouse CTO with over 10+years of experience. He has previously led teams at McKinsey & Company, PayPal and Anyfin (Swedish fintech). He is known for his open source work in Github with projects gathering more than 15k+ stars. Whether it's board games or sports, count him in—he's always up for a good time!
