Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Realtime recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise to lead process improvement initiatives and oversee projects related to Portfolio and Order Management Systems. This role requires strong collaboration with the Data Analytics team, key business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive efficiency and streamline manual processes.

This role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract with hybrid working in Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects focused on process improvement, reducing reliance on manual workflows.
• Oversee enhancements to Portfolio and Order Management Systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving implementation and adoption.
• Work closely with the Data Analytics team, leveraging insights to support business decisions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
• Manage third-party vendors, from selection and onboarding to ongoing collaboration and issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in process improvement.
• Proven experience managing projects related to Portfolio and Order Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with Data Analytics teams to drive decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive projects to successful completion.
