The Project Manager leads drug development and manufacturing projects, ensuring efficient execution from process transfer to completion. This role manages timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining scientific integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Plan, track, and adapt project workflows to meet scientific and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate teams across process development, engineering, regulatory, and quality functions.
• Risk & Budget Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee budgets.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement and support new service development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Biotechnology, Food Science).
• 3+ years in technical or project management roles.
• Expertise in drug development, manufacturing, tech transfer, or GMP compliance.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
