General Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job ad creation to final offer stage, including candidate headhunting;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruitment insights;
• Maintain and improve recruitment reporting and analytics;
• Maintain and adapt talent acquisition strategy based on company goals;
• Collaborate with department and team managers/leads on a regular basis to identify future human resource hiring needs and recruitment projects;
  
  

Employer Branding

• Organize and participate in job fairs and IT community events to promote the company;
• Engage and seek new partners to widen our brand awareness;
• Participate in visual communication material creation.
  
  

HR Support & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Conduct probation period talks and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees;
• Facilitate exit interviews to gather insights, analyze data and improve retention strategies;
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing support throughout their journey;
• Participate in other HR related projects and activities.
  
  

Requirements Job requirements:

• 3+ years of previous experience in talent acquisition, experience with other HR projects is an advantage;
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and tactics;
• Strong understanding of various recruitment technologies and systems;
• Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from the data and provide actionable insights to improve respective processes;
• Excellent English language skills in written and verbal form;
• Previous experience in employer branding activities;
• High sense of responsibility and excellent skills in task organization;
• Experience with different communication materials and tools such as Canva, MS PowerPoint will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in IT recruitment will be considered an advantage;
• Interest in AI tools will be considered as advantage.

• Monthly gross salary from 2000 to 2500 EUR, depending on your level of expertise;
