Key Responsibilities

• IT Strategy & Management: Develop and execute the bank's IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Oversee IT teams, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Systems Oversight: Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of banking systems, including core platforms, CRM tools, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Project Management: Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure IT operations comply with regulatory requirements, addressing risks proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in IT roles, including leadership positions within financial services or private banking.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of banking platforms, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
