The Project Manager Role

We’re currently looking for a project manager to join our Product Content and Globalization team.

In our team, we are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our customers through help.qlik.com and content that we deliver in different formats and languages. We are also always looking for ways to improve how we work in our team.

As a project manager, you will be stepping into both worlds, driving some of our key initiatives and change management projects.

• This role offers a great opportunity to get valuable insights into how customers are using our products. As a project manager, you will manage projects that transform these insights into actions.
• You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team, with a rich mix of engineers, technical writers, translators and managers located in different geographies
  
  

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

• You will gather input and requirements from multiple senior stakeholders at Qlik and lead projects that turn such input into better customer experiences through deliveries into help.qlik.com and product content.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle and quality backlog for all aspects of help.qlik.com, making sure they are shared with multiple stakeholders across Qlik.
• Manage significant projects ( strategic change management, new initiatives, process re-engineering, etc.). For example, together with colleagues in the team, manage our business analysis projects.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate work performed by individual contributors from different teams.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
  
  

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

• 4+ years experience as project manager.
• A self-driven and results-oriented mindset, coupled with a high sense of urgency. Strong initiative and independence in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Experience in crafting communication to stakeholders of all levels.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with strong project management skills.
• A team-oriented approach with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proactive flexibility and a positive attitude towards change.
• A background in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Experience in Qlik Sense is a bonus, as you will be working with our analytics.
  
  

The location for this role is:

Lund, Sweden

Although our team is based in multiple locations around the world, this position is based in Lund. We are open to remote work some of the time, but the successful candidate will be attached to the Lund office.
