Scrum Master | €63k - €75k | Utrecht Area (Hybrid)

As a Scrum Master, you will work with two experienced teams. The agile transition has been ongoing for some time, and these teams are already familiar with the agile mindset. They currently operate about 80% according to the Scrum Agile methodology, and it will be your task to make the final optimization push.

Your Responsibilities

• Further guiding teams in applying Scrum Agile practices
• Optimizing team performance
• Acting as a supportive and inspiring figure for the teams

Your Expertise

We are looking for a Scrum Master who can inspire teams and bring out the best in them. You are enthusiastic and energetic, viewing problems as challenges. You focus not only on theory but also on effectively applying Scrum principles in practice.

Additionally, it is important that:

• You have at least two years of experience as a Scrum Master
• You have previously worked with network (security) teams OR have a background in network engineering
• You are thinking outside of the box, not afraid of a challenge and has good communication skills.

What You Can Expect

• An attractive annual salary between €63,000 - €75,000, including holiday allowance
• A long term secondment assignment
