Your New Role

As a Network Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Network Deployment team. Your primary responsibilities will include defining fiber optic network solutions, coordinating and auditing fieldwork, and validating both the technical and financial aspects of network projects submitted by service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, configure, customize, and implement both cloud-based and on-premise network solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet the requirements outlined in design documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, software engineers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet performance goals.
• Conduct unit testing and resolve detected errors.
• Ensure developed solutions are peer-reviewed and documented according to company standards.
• Identify, propose, and implement improvements to the company's application portfolio.
• Challenge designs to optimize and improve the application lifecycle.
• Maintain, support, and repair solutions following ITIL standards to ensure they perform according to technical and functional specifications.

Requirements

• Academic background in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications or related.
• At least 3 years of experience in fiber optic network roles (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro, SQL, GPON, Next-Generation Networks (NGN), and Project Management.
• Understanding of FTTH equipment and telecommunications network architecture (Mobile/Fixed/Converged Networks).
• Knowledge of FTTH project standards and network sharing standards.
• Experience with active optical network technologies.
• Expertise in passive FTTH network design and multi-area project management.
