As our Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, connecting with key financial players, attending strategic events, and building a powerful client network. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Brickken’s non-product technical operations. You will be responsible for API integrations, maintaining and optimizing Webflow and Bubble websites, and developing automation workflows using tools like Make (formerly Integromat) or n8n. Your contributions will ensure seamless operational efficiency, allowing our core team to focus on product innovation.
Key responsibilities:
API integrations & automation
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations for sales, analytics, and operational platforms.
- Design and manage automation workflows using Make, n8n, or similar tools to streamline business operations.
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
Website management & optimization
- Maintain and update Brickken’s Webflow and Bubble websites.
- Ensure seamless performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
Analytics & Data Flow
- Set up and manage integrations with analytics tools for data collection and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & documentation
- Work closely with non-product teams to understand technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document workflows, integrations, and processes for transparency and efficiency.
What you bring
- Proven experience with API integrations and automation tools (Make, Zapier, or n8n).
- Proficiency in managing Webflow and Bubble websites, including troubleshooting and updates.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and sales software integration.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice to have).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects independently.
