Job Description

As part of the development projects for passenger cars / commercial vehicles with diesel engine units, the colaborator will independently work on design-related tasks in accordance with the scopes of work and component scopes described below, from concept development (including later milestones if applicable) to product, as well as further development of the parts in series production :

• Proposal of Design/Technical Solutions
• Development of Design Concepts
• 3D Tolerance Investigations
• Creation of Drawing
• Creation of Assemblies
• Design parametric Tubes and Pipes
• Design Brackets using Sheetmetal tool
• Design of air intake, exhaust and fixed parts of the engine
  
  

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you shoud have the follwoing set of skills :

• VW design work environment
• Engine and Powertrain general knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Consultation/Alignment with Customer regarding Design/Technical Solution
• English – Fluent / German – is a Plus
• CREO Elements (additionally Catia V5)
• KVS
• Connect
• ECA /FREIA /TERRAPORT is a plus
• B2B-Plattform (NOLIS, NVS, VAMOS) is a plus
• MS-Office
