Chief Technology Officer

We are a heavy machinery scale-up from Sweden looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Technology Officer to join our company.

There's a global shift towards sustainability which has expanded also into heavy machinery & automotive space. This has created a need for electric and battery powered technologies. We specialize within this niche and aspire to become market leaders in engineering products for battery-powered heavy machinery.

About the role:

We are looking for a CTO with an entrepreneurial spirit to join a venture with great potential and build it into a global company.

The key objectives of the role are:

1) Owning the Technical strategy and roadmap

2) Team Leadership: Lead the two engineering teams of 6 split into software and mechanical side

3) Project Management: Manage delivery of multiple ongoing projects with different global customers.
