- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Subversion, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines in Jenkins for development teams
- Automate software delivery workflows using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools.
- Provide support for pipeline issues in Jenkins, GitHub, and other related systems.
- Maintain and optimize infrastructure for development pipelines across AWS and on-premise data centers.
- Work with Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), Docker, and virtual machines to ensure seamless deployments.
- Support and improve the monitoring & logging stack (ELK Stack) for observability.
- Manage GitHub, GitHub Actions, Subversion, SonarQube, and Nexus for source code and artifact management.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards.
- Enhance developer experience through self-service automation, improving efficiency and compliance.
- Work with development teams to align infrastructure with application need.
- Develop integrations between GitHub Actions, Jira, ServiceNow, and other DevOps tools.
- Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, identifying areas for optimization.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation, cloud infrastructure (AWS & on-prem), and DevOps best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging solutions (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Knowledge of security, compliance, and access control best practices for DevOps environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
