Senior Product Manager

Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s customer is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management company. We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to join their team.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

This role requires 100% on-site work.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of enterprise products, improving workflows, and driving automation. You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and users to develop, implement, and refine product strategies that enhance efficiency and compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to define a clear go-forward vision for enterprise products.
• Establish and track Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure success.
• Lead user testing and product rollout across divisions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase user adoption.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with engineering teams to guide development and run Agile Scrum sprints effectively.
• Communicate product roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders, from team level to C-suite executives.
• Drive workflow efficiencies through automation and systemization of financial metrics and compliance processes.
• Ensure that data models meet regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
• Support the development of analytics, data transformations, and governance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in leading product development teams and working closely with engineers.
• Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Expertise in running Scrum sprints, with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
• Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical teams and C-level executives.

Preferred Skills:

• A technical background is a plus but not essential.
• Experience with data governance, automation, and cloud adoption is advantageous.
