Position Overview: The Senior Analyst, Analytics role, based in Istanbul, Turkey, is part of the EEMEA Business Excellence team, reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, Analytics, and M&A in Dubai, UAE. This role plays a pivotal part in leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth across product lines, markets, and customer segments. The Senior Analyst focuses on enhancing competitive positioning and optimizing business performance through sophisticated analytics.

Role Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex data sets, supporting strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Dashboard Development: Design and maintain regional analytics dashboards and Business Intelligence tools, ensuring accessibility of critical performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic initiatives and market entry strategies.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, align analytics with business objectives, and drive key initiatives forward.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management effectively.
  
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation, with strong experience in Alteryx for data transformation and preparation being an asset.
• Data Visualization Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports that convey complex insights clearly.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing analytical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
