Strategy Director

Brand Strategist (10+ years)

We’re looking for a seasoned Brand Strategist with over 10 years of experience in senior roles at brand agencies (not advertising/marketing) and a proven ability to deliver impactful brand strategies across diverse sectors.

You’ll lead projects from start to finish, with strong expertise in positioning, architecture, customer journeys, naming, and messaging.

You thrive in both individual and team settings, effortlessly connecting strategy with creative, managing multiple projects, and working under tight deadlines.

What you bring:

• 5+ years leading and mentoring junior/middleweight strategists
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite and global clients
• Excellent copywriting skills (English essential, Arabic a plus)
• Expertise in brand strategy for destinations, hospitality, real estate, and placemaking, particularly in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe
• Passion for creativity, culture, and trends (e.g., sustainability, AI, well-being)
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solution

What you’ll do:

• Lead strategic projects alongside the Creative Director and Client Director, ensuring seamless transitions from strategy to creative execution
• Build strong client relationships and manage interviews with senior leaders
• Contribute to brand innovation and thought leadership, helping to elevate the agency’s creative portfolio
