Flagship Store Director (Luxury Fine Jewellery)

Our Client is a Fine Jewellery band, currently seeking an experienced Store Director. You will be responsible for overall management of the flagship store, client advisors, merchandise and customer service. Responsible for achieving sales objectives, store profitability goals, achieving and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams and developing client advisors to enable them to progress in their careers.

· The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years management experience with a fine jewellery luxury brand

· You should be highly commercial and driven

· You will be a strong people manager who is used to driving the team

· You will have a track record of developing team members and be hands on

· You will be a strong brand ambassador and be immaculately presented

Sales Management

- Continuously motivate and coach client advisors to meet assigned sales and productivity goals. Provide recognition for top client advisors.

- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor

- Proactively manage the clientelling function in the store.

- Ensure that all client advisors are knowledgeable of all company product s, company information and history. Be up-to-date with company news.

- Ensure employees are provided with product knowledge to enhance and ensure cross-selling across categories.

- Provide feedback to Regional VP on product assortment, buying trends and customer requests
