Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital banking & fintech products
• Turn complex financial workflows into seamless user journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring banking innovations to life
• Conduct user research, usability testing & data-driven design iterations
• Ensure security, compliance, and accessibility in financial products
• Stay ahead of fintech trends & redefine banking UX best practices

Qualifications - 8+ years in UX/UI & digital product design – preferably in banking/fintech

Required Skills

• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite & prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of financial workflows, security & compliance
• Ability to simplify complex banking processes into elegant experiences
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments
