Roles & Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in Design and User experience.
• Strong experience working on working with Figma.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as plus.
• Expertise in human-centered design, native apps, & web UI.
• Lead product aesthetics & UX/UI design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Conduct user research & testing.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers & stakeholders.
• Plan & refine design strategies for optimal user experience.
• A collaborator and co-creator who can work with team.
• An innovation thinker with abilities to challenge.
• Understands, appreciates and lives User experience & information architecture as a craft.
• Self-motivated and open to feedback, experimentation & learning.
• Passionate about analyzing problems & designing solutions.
