Kforce has a client seeking an HR Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Phase 1: Planning and Analysis (2 month on-site):

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Kforce has a client seeking an HR Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Phase 1: Planning and Analysis (2 month on-site):
- Conduct a thorough assessment of current HR processes and identify pain points
- Develop a detailed project plan, including milestones and deliverables
- Manage, monitor progress and keep timelines
- Integrate ADP with existing HR systems and perform data migration
- Automate routine HR tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and time tracking
- Implement self-service portals for employees to access and manage their HR-related information
- Ensure seamless data integration between ADP software and existing HR systems
- Minimize data entry errors through automated data validation and synchronization
- Reduce manual administrative tasks, allowing HR personnel to focus on strategic initiatives
- Streamline workflow processes to improve overall productivity
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
- Experience with risk management and change management strategies
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Understanding of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions
- Familiarity with ADP modules such as Workforce Now, Payroll, and Time & Attendance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
