HR Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking an HR Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Phase 1: Planning and Analysis (2 month on-site):

• Conduct a thorough assessment of current HR processes and identify pain points
• Develop a detailed project plan, including milestones and deliverables
  
  

Phase 2: Project Management ADP Software Implementation (3 months, remote work possible):

• Manage, monitor progress and keep timelines
• Integrate ADP with existing HR systems and perform data migration
  
  

Duties below: Improve HR Processes:

• Automate routine HR tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and time tracking
• Implement self-service portals for employees to access and manage their HR-related information
  
  

Enhance Data Accuracy

• Ensure seamless data integration between ADP software and existing HR systems
• Minimize data entry errors through automated data validation and synchronization
  
  

Increase Efficiency

• Reduce manual administrative tasks, allowing HR personnel to focus on strategic initiatives
• Streamline workflow processes to improve overall productivity
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
• Experience with risk management and change management strategies
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
• Understanding of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions
• Familiarity with ADP modules such as Workforce Now, Payroll, and Time & Attendance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
